Order & Quote
How do I get a quotation?
Send your drawings (PDF, DWG or STEP) together with quantity, material and surface finish requirements. Our sales engineers reply with a quotation within 12–24 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We support prototypes and small batches starting from 1 piece. Volume pricing improves with larger quantities.
Can you sign an NDA before I send drawings?
Yes. All drawings and technical information are kept strictly confidential, and we are happy to sign an NDA before the project starts.
Manufacturing
What is your processing accuracy?
Our cutting and machining processes reach an accuracy of up to ±0.05mm depending on the material and part structure.
Which materials can you process?
Stainless steel, galvanized steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass and copper are the most common choices for our enclosure production.
How fast can I get a prototype?
Standard prototypes are produced within 7 days after drawing confirmation.
Cutting Processes
Do you offer water jet cutting?
Yes, water jet cutting is available for thick plates and heat-sensitive materials.
What about plasma or mechanical cutting?
Plasma cutting and mechanical cutting (shearing, sawing) are used where laser cutting is not the most economical option.
Surface Treatment
Which surface finishes are available?
Powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, polishing, brushing, passivation and silk screen printing are all done in-house or with certified partners.
Can you match a specific pantone or RAL color?
Yes, powder coating can be matched to standard RAL colors. Send us the color code with your inquiry.
Shipping & After-sales
How do you pack the enclosures?
Foam film wrapping, corner protection and seaworthy cartons or plywood cases. Larger cabinets are palletized.
What if the goods are damaged on arrival?
Take photos within 48 hours and contact us — we will replace the damaged parts or compensate according to the order terms.
